To whom it may concern,

     I wanted to make sure that I took the time to tell you how much I truly appreciate all that Mary Llewellyn has done to sell our home. From the day that I met with her to get things rolling she has done everything that she said she would do.

     I made it clear what I expected. I wanted to keep my house clean and go to work and not worry about a thing. The very next day she had the house on the Internet with a really nice description and beautiful pictures of our property that she had taken. One of our concern was living in such a small town we may be missed, but she made sure she used all of the resourses available to her to get our home out there. The brochures she made for the showings were really nice.

     She was very professional, very articulate. She's also a lot of fun. Selling a home is very stressful. It's hard to know exactly what the right thing to do is sometimes. I guess the thing I appreciate about her most is I always felt that no matter what suggestions either one of us made we would discuss them and the end result was always what was in the best interest of myself (the seller).

     Again, I just want to express my appreciation for her time and energy. She is a unique person. It is rare that in this day and age no matter what line of business you are in ,or who you are dealing with out there in this great big world, that there are still people like her that are honest, sincere and true to the word.

I wish her much happiness in the future. Iknow that she will become even more successful in her career because of her work ethic. She is a rare commodity.

         When I wanted to sell our home in 2003, I was referred to Mary Llewellyn by a neighbor who said that I would not be disappointed. He was right. When I first met Mary, I thought she was going to be like most other agents who were only interested in listing the house. I was wrong. Mary took the time to get to know my wife and myself, to understand exactly what we wanted. She put together a complete plan and helped us understand the market we were in and what our strategy should be. After signing the listing contracts, Mary went straight to work. She couldn’t have done more for us. It was as if this, were her home and she was actively trying to sell it. Mary kept in complete communication with my wife and myself every step of the way. After a few weeks she sold the house for exactly what we were asking. Of course that was in a time where homes where selling very quickly. However in 2007, I had a job transfer and needed to relocate, the market was very different. The first person I called was Mary. I was very concerned about selling my house during this period as housing sells had slowed tremendously. When Mary came to visit us, she had already worked up a complete report that showed us very detailed information about comparable homes and positioning our home within the mix to sell not only quickly, but also for a solid price. I trusted Mary’s recommendations and within a very short time, we had a very strong offer. Within 2 months in a challenging market, Mary sold our home for us, keeping us in the price range she laid out for us just weeks before. Now even though I live hours away from Mary, I still call her for Real Estate advice and it has been amazing. There isn’t another I would rather work with. I trust Mary Llewellyn completely.
