Developing and caring for those relationships has helped Mary establish a strong network of contacts, making her a valuable resource in the real estate market. Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to all of her clients is Mary’s top priority.
Knowledge and education has been a key to Mary’s success in obtaining several accredited awards such as, The Outstanding Service Award, Long and Foster’s Founders Club, The National Sales Award and Top Sales Team. The Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR), and Certified Residential Specialists Designation (CRS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) are many of Mary’s higher education achievements that have ranked her in the top five percent of all residential real estate sales professionals in America. Keller Williams has awarded her as Top Listing Agent and the Top Sales Associate of the Year. Mary has also been recognized as RealTrends "America's Best Real Estate Professionals" which is ranking her among the top 1/2 of 1% of 1.4 million licensed real estate professionals in the United States. She was also recognized as “America’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents” in 2018.
Believing in the saying "A man's dreams are an index to his greatness", is why after 8 years with her previous Real Estate company, Mary moved to Keller Williams Realty, where there was potential for her to grow her business. The first two years Mary took advantage of the training and many other benefits that the company offers. As a result she opened her own Keller Williams franchise in Hagerstown in 2010.
Mary was born and raised in the Hagerstown area. Mary and husband, Marc of over 35 years have two sons. Mary in her down time enjoys riding her Harley, side by side with hubby and skiing in Canaan Valley with family and friends, where she currently owns a chalet in the Black Bear Resort.
One of Mary's dreams is to see Keller Williams Premier Realty become the Real Estate Company of choice in the Western Maryland region.
